The contact owns a 2002 Hyundai Elantra. While driving 25 mph, the vehicle lost steering control and swerved left on a one way street. The failure was caused by the lower control arm. The contact was able to stop the vehicle without a crash. The vehicle was towed to the dealer who stated that the front lower control arm was completely rusted.
