Chapman Hyundai, work performed by Cris Peralta (480) 424-3558 Corporate 800-633-5151 • Installed a seal –oil, a gasket-rocker cover, gray rtv silicone, fixing the oil leak on the transmission and the engine - tech noticed the rh axle is leaking fluid - tech noticed the rh axle balancer is missing and the axle clamps are aftermarket. Recommends replacing axle to factory and then replacing axle seal. • Perform multi-point inspection • Replaced front lower control arm bushings • Performed 4-wheel alignment • Replaced rear shocks/struts (no mounts in the rear) • Front lower arm bushings and alignment rear shocks are seized. - Right axle is aftermark, not factory part 12-month/12,000 miles warranty! 103170 $1,834.17 08/07/14
