The contact owns a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. The contact stated that there was a cloudy covering over the exterior lights, reducing the visibility of the contacts vehicle. Both the dealer and manufacturer were notified, but denied assistance with repairs. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was 23,000 and the current mileage was 45,000.
