I have a 2007 Hyndai Elantra. All in all the car works great, but for no apparent reason the car will turn off and stop at different speeds. No consistency with speed. No mechanic has been abe to fix it, they just say its an engine problem. Can anyone help me with the fix for this porblem. Thanks again......Jeff

the engine stalling at low speed, the engine sees it work 3 cylinder. I changed the oxegen sensor, the fuel filter, the spark plugs, cleaned the injections and the injection sensors

2007 Hyundai, well maintained. It stalled out while was at a red light. Started to act as if I was out of fuel and stalled out. I had to put the car in park from drive and restart the engine. Another occasion I was driving low speed >20mph and engine started to act as if it was going to stall out. All the maintenance is done on time as per the owner's manual and maintenance guide by Hyundai. There is related investigation #PE08044 which outlines the problem but only Hyundai only recalled 2008 under NHTSA Campaign #08V694000. The investigation reports that it includes 2007 models. They need to include the 2007 model as well.
