Check engine light went on and off for about 2 weeks. After having my engine replaced I had a lot of blue smoke coming out of my exhaust whenever I went on the highway, not sure if this had to do with my O2 sensor dying on me but my mechanic said that may be one reason for it. I went to Hyundai to get it checked out, after being there for about a half hour they came out and told me I would need a rental because when they want to check out the O2 sensor, it completely fell apart in their hands and they needed to order a new one. Had a rental for about 4 days while the part came in and they fixed it up. Thankfully, it was still under the warranty otherwise they said it would have cost around $2k to fix.

smoking when passing

per Internet, Hyundai Knows there is an issue. My Mechanic and Internet claims Hyundai installed bad quiality rings in pistons, or Blocks. Car has Very little milage and We want to know if Hyundai will fix for free.

We stopped at the dealer and the manager and parts person, Knows of past claims, Service advisor played dumb. Need some pointers how to ask dealer to fix for free or Pay for parts and some labor.

Car blows plums of smoke when passing . I see Loads of complaints on internet.
