The contact owns a 2011 Hyundai Elantra. While reversing out of the driveway, the front driver's side suspension spring fractured and punctured the front driver's side tire. The vehicle was towed to an unknown dealer where it was diagnosed that the suspension fractured. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified and no solution was offered. The failure mileage was 47,000. The consumer stated the repairs have been made to the vehicle.

The contact owns a 2011 Hyundai Elantra. The contact stated that while driving approximately 20 mph, the front end of the vehicle collapsed. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer where the contact was informed that the front passenger side lower ball joint fractured. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 4,000.
