Seems to be a problem with the spring mechanism that keeps the pull-down mirror on the driver's side up most of the time. It must be too strong for the materials or something because the pieces are now broken and the whole thing hangs down a bit from the ceiling when it is supposed to be fully snapped up. I don't remember anything happening to cause it - it was just suddenly broken one day. I have to force the pieces back together to realign them and keep the whole thing down and out so i can even see out the windshield, because anytime i try to put it up all the way it re-breaks and blocks my view. Cheap materials I guess. Not sure how much it costs to fix because at this point it's not worth paying anything, but the car is only a couple years old so this seems too soon for it to be falling apart.
