I own a 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited. Hyundai Customer Care Center has photos that the Irvine Dealership provided them. The weather stripping on the outside of the back door on passenger side is flopping in the wind. The Irvine Dealership ordered the part last year, but the replacement part never has come in per the Irvine Hyundai dealership. I reported this problem to Hyundai Customer Care Center because I have a 5 year warranty or 100,000 miles whatever comes first and Hyundai Customer Care Center denied my claim because they made the final decision that it was caused by the outside environment. This is an Unacceptable response from Hyundai. I have owned 3 Honda for years with all Leather seats and still in great condition.

This is unacceptable of Hyundai to not replace.

I called back my claim manager to discuss further and they told me case is closed and final.

Update from Sep 18, 2014: Warranty is 5 years or 60,000 miles whatever comes 1st
