Same as the other complaint, white smoke from exhaust during acceleration. Only hard acceleration Wide Open Throttle, the pedal must be pushed to the floor. Never even thought to get this looked at under warranty, since flooring the gas is hardly a preferred choice.

Excessive amounts of smoke, the first time this happened was on the highway and it made a cloud of smoke so big the highways basically stopped behind me, 3 lanes wide maybe 20 feet tall. A lot of smoke.

I think it is the engine running too rich during WOT. Typically during WOT the computer goes to sleep and the car runs on preset conditions, and I figured for this car they screwed those conditions up.

My smoke is not coolant (at least I never get coolant in the oil) and its not blueish, its 100% white. Also I don't burn oil. Does not bother me because this only happens for me during WOT.

BOUGHT THE CAR NEW ON DEC 2013. IT SMOKED FIRST TIME AROUND 7000 MILES, DEALER SAID WAS NOTHING. IT SMOKED AGAIN LIKE AT 15000 MILES. IT SMOKED AGAIN TODAY AT ABOUT 40,000 MILES. ALL 3 TIMES WHEN ACCELERATING FAST, A BIG WHITE CLOUD OF SMOKE BEHIND THE CAR BLOCKING EVERYBODY VIEW AND POLLUTING THE AIR. CAR DOES NOT BURN OIL BETWEEN SERVICES NEITHER COOLANT. CHECKED ON THE INTERNET IT SEEM TO BE QUITE COMMON WITH THIS MODEL. SOME PEOPLE GOT NEW ENGINES , SOME GOT THE CAR SERVICED UNDER WARRANTY. I WILL BE GOING TO THE DEALER TOMORROW AND SEE WHAT THEY DO.
