Elantra GS Coupe 1.8L 4 cyl

There is no way to turn on the daytime running lights unless you turn the parking lights on. The light switch dial says Drl's off , parking lights, headlights. It showed be like this: Drl's off, drls on, parking, headlights.

This seems to be a design flaw.

The DRL system advertised as a feature is a lie. DRL's are not supposed to require you to turn them on, but on this car you have to turn them on. And when you turn them on both front and back parking lamps go on with them. Leaving the "DRL" lights on has caused my battery to die. They need to revise this.
