Told dealer on Jan 14th and they met me outside to go over ALL my issues with my car.

They told me there was nothing that they can do to alleviate the pain. I guess when I test drove then purchased my car [45 days prior to this date] I had a heavy jacket on and didn't notice the pain. Moreso it takes a bit of time for the pain to set in and a 30 min test drive did not allow sufficient time for this to evolve.

I said it's a design flaw and I believe they [HYUNDAI] can fix this by moving the belt mechanism or rotating the metal clasp so the nodule on the belt fitting does NOT dig into my hip

I weigh 135 and am 5'4" and an not an obese person with the belt cutting me. This seems to be odd for a bucket seat to have a belt that is aching me -seemingly for something that can be adjusted.
