Elantra GT 4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 11,200 miles

Went to get into car and the interior was filled with a mildew odor which was so strong that you could not breath. Water was running down the windows as if it had been raining on the inside of the car and the deep puddle was back on the passenger side floor. On 2nd trip to dealer they had car for 3 days and said it was repaired. They said the firewall had become disconnected and grommets had broken off and that is where the water was entering the car on the passenger side.

The inside of the car shows moisture on the windshield and windows. Rubber seal around the back window on the passenger side slips off when you let the window down at times.
