The contact owns a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the driver's side head rest failed to remain in the downward position. As a result, the contact was unable to see the rear window in order to reverse. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was taken to the dealer.
