Elantra GL 3.2L

When turning the car on, a circle appears on the dash where the mileage and gears are located in digital. It looks like a loading icon on a computer. It goes around and around and around and will not disappear until the car is shut off. This has happened a few times. I keep looking for electronic recalls, but nothing so far.
