From day one I noticed the door latch wasn't perfectly aligned. Every time I open the door to get out, I have to bump it with my knee to help open it, and when you close the door from the outside, you can tell it doesn't sound right. It sounds like it slaps shut. I'm going to make an appointment to hopefully get the latch lined up better bc I don't think this can be good for the longevity of the latch to keep opening and closing it like this.
