problem #1

Jun 012018

Elantra GT GT 2.0L

  • Manual transmission
  • 5,900 miles

The problem started around 5,000 miles with the heavy vibration then while sitting at a red light, the car wants to die/shut off/quit even when the gear is in neutral. Took it to the dealer back in September of 2018, the technician only replicate the problem once but couldn't replicate it the 2nd time, so they were told by Hyundai recommendation to reset the ECN and call it a day. Still today the vibration continues and intermittent car wants to die/quit while in neutral.
