I took my car in on the 11th to Werner Hyundai in Tallahassee Florida which is where I bought the car from not even a year ago brand new. I told the service manager that it was making a tapping noise and losing oil and he told me he couldn’t look at and to wait for my oil change appointment which is set for May 15. Then on the Friday of April 15, my check engine light came on and I took back up there they look at it cleared it and said it was nothing, my check engine light came on twice over that weekend and went back off.

Then on the 18th of April, it started making this horrible noise like it slung a rod, and I took up there and they said it sounds like the engine needs to be replaced. This is my only transportation. They said they had no loaners to give me and they couldn’t rent me a vehicle until they inspected mine and send off paperwork. I left a bad review on google and yesterday when I called about my vehicle the service manager said it would be today before they looked at it and he mentioned he saw my review. I called today and they are saying they can’t look at it until tomorrow, I’m about to lose my job because I live in Bainbridge GA but work in Tallahassee FL and the dealership just keeps bs'ing me around cause it’s under warranty so they ain’t making money off it.
