steers to the right

The car goes to the right as if there is a problem with alignment. However, after spending money on alignment and new tires, I still had the same problem. It is always the front right tire. I checked with the dealership and tried to get my money even though I still have a warranty. after 4 years, by accident I noticed that the same tire has eaten all the pads which means it was applying brakes to the same tire without pushing the pedal. I just spent money to replace the whole caliper, disk and pads hoping to fix the problem. Otherwise it is the ESC which is faulty. I have always unpleasant drive with this car as it is pulling you to the right and my wife was a victim to this stupid engineering mistake twice as the car veered off to the right and hit the sidewalk.
