Entourage GLS V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 102,358 miles

Back in 2014 the drivers seat left mount broke off from the seat rail. Brought it to the dealer and they stated that a new seat would be needed. I has stressed on how a manufacturer builds a vehicle and has issues with a seat bolt breaking from its carriage. The dealer took pictures and sent it in to Hyundai corporate and gave me a call back indicating that corporate believes the seat was deliberately cut from its rack.

Now the other side of the seats bolt broke off and the drivers seat is now a rocking chair. I had it towed to the dealer and patiently waiting for the news on what can be done. Wondering now if Hyundai corporate will tell the dealership that I cut the other side. I cant believe a vehicle has issues like this with a driver side seat.

Entourage SE 3.8L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 70,000 miles

First the front right side mount on the drivers seat broke. Took it to local Hyundai dealer, at first they said they could fix it, then they said they couldn't....couldn't find the parts needed used, and quoted me $2700.00 for new seat. They said the little movement I was feeling was "no big deal". Then in April 2016 the left hand front mount broke & now the whole set rocks. Since Hyundai has fixed this problem for others, I'm going after them now.
