As a mother of 5 children I obviously have to have a van. I have a 2007 Entourage that my dad and I have taken to the dealership and have talked to Hyundai and they aren't willing to do anything about the issues. 3 out of 7 seat belts are faulty. One is permanently locked, one is fraying, and the other one is completely ripped in half. This is clearly a safety issue that is putting my family at risk. But no one will do anything about it and they said WE have to fix the seat belts ourselves. I'm beside myself. I feel as a dealership that you should advocate if your consumers and their safety, obviously that isn't being done. But you would bet your sweet ass that if it was someone from the dealerships vehicle they would replace those seatbelts! PISSED OFF
