2008 Hyundai Entourage. Consumer is seeking reimbursement for vehicle repairs related to open safety recall. The consumer stated while driving the vehicle the steering failed pulling the vehicle into oncoming traffic. An auto mechanice advised that the front and lower control arm broke and was on recall. The consumer discovered the vehicle was not included in the recall, but believed it should have been.
