Genesis Sedan 4.6L V8

No sound from audio, no sound from GPS, no sound for voice command, no sound from speakers, even at volume 11. It doesn't show phone, or any other buttons. There should be a recall, there are thousands of complaints on the Hyundai Genesis forums about this same problem.
