Back panel on right passenger seat

The seat had an issue upon purchase the Dealer Stone Mountain Nissan took into the shop and patched just enough to get it out of their inventory. Today we are going to get an estimate on the problem. It's embarrassing to be riding around in this nice looking car and the back panel is hanging on.
