Head rest popped open, twice. First time both headrest popped open and Hyundai repaired it with just a copay on my part. Second time, they stated needs to be replaced at my expense. I stated that no one buys a car expecting the head rest to pop open and require replacement. They insist it is my issue. Car was in garage when head rest pooped open. If we were driving the vehicle, I am sure an accident would have occurred. Even if I have it replaced, what assurances would I have this won't happen again. And if it does and either my wife or I driving the vehicl, E we could be injured this is a vehicle defect and a safety issue.

While in park, passenger side headrest exploded. Car has never been in a wreck, not even the slightest fender bender. There was no reason this should have deployed. Plastic clamps flew out. Dealership said this was unrepairable and whole seat would need to be replaced. I was lucky not to have a passenger that day or they would have suffered injuries.

The set position of the seat wont go to the position the put it on and tha seat get stock for 10 to 20 minute and then you can star move again
