This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Hyundai dealer.
While driving 65 miles an hour on a four lane highway at night all the headlights and interior cabin lights blacked out for 3-5 seconds. There were no street lights around. Extremely dangerous! We had to slow down and follow tail lights of a car in front of us to make sure we stayed on the road. Then all lights came back on and we were fine until it happened again. It happened 4 times on that one trip. Took to the dealer asap. It has not happened since, but I'm not sure if it is repaired since this car has had constant random and different electrical issues that happen. Car still has other electrical issues happening, but the dealer says they believe they fixed this by replacing the multi-function switch.

This is the 4th time my lights have gone out when I have driven at night. It lasts about 3 minutes before they pop back on. My car has been into the dealership 4 times and the problem is not resolved. Is Hyundai waiting for a lawsuit from a potential accident? How can this not be resolved?! I actually refused to pick my car up this time until it is fixed, as I am afraid to drive it.
