The contact owns a 2016 Hyundai Genesis. The contact stated that the vehicle was previously taken to the dealer for recall repairs for the air bags however, the contact stated that the air bag warning light illuminated, and ABS warning light intermittently illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer nor the manufacturer were not notified. The failure mileage was approximately 18,000

The contact owns a 2016 Hyundai Genesis. The contact stated that while driving at 50-55 mph, the vehicle hydroplaned and crashed into the median. The contact stated that only the front driver side door air bag deployed. The contact and his wife sustained injuries and the contact's wife was transported by ambulance to the hospital. It was unknown if there was a police report filed. The vehicle was towed to the towing yard where it was awaiting inspection from the insurance company. The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 75,000.
