The contact stated that puddles of water formed on the floors of the front and rear passenger's side seats. The contact had not taken the vehicle to the dealer. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 34,000.

The hood on the 2010 Hyundai Genesis coupe does not fit properly allowing the hood to bounce at normal driving speeds. I have advised Hyundai usa and they have advised me that the fit of the hood is to specification. My concern with the vehicle is if the hood does not fit properly, it may not latch properly. They have stated, but will not put in writing, the hood will not unlatch.
