MY HYUNDAI GETZ 2003 WAS IN THE HYUNDAI WORKSHOP ON 15TH JAN 2008 FOR MINOR REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY.I PICKED UP THE CAR NEXT DAY.THE 16TH JAN 2008 HYUNDAI RELEASED A TSB CONCERNING WRONG BOLT FITTED TO END OF CRANKSHAFT WHICH IF COMES LOOSE ENGINE GOES BANG.MINE HAS NOW GONE BANG BUT I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF TSB(TECHNICAL BULLETIN) EVEN THOUGH MY CAR WAS IN THEIR WORKSHOP THE DAY BEFORE ITS RELEASE.HYUNDAI AND LOCAL DEALERSHIP NOW REFUSE TO PAY FOR NEW ENGINE EVEN THOUGH THEY BOTH ADMIT ITS A RAW DEAL.WHO IS TO BLAME.A MODERN ENGINE SHOULD NOT GO BANG JUST BECAUSE OF A SMALL DEFECT(A BOLT) THAT IS CHEAP FOR THEM TO PUT RIGHT.WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE?

seems this has happened on other cars. The manufacturer has replaced the crankshaft part number after 2004. Not accepting responsibility for this issue.
