I was not able to charge the car, neither AC nor DC, neither at home or at public chargers.
It was still possible to drive the car but I got stranded at a charger with too little range and had to be towed to the dealer.
They replaced the actuator. (~60$)
Apparently it can only be accessed through the wheel housing.
If I remember correctly someone in a forum wrote that sometimes it is possible to get it temporarily working by rapidly pulling the unlock-cable in the trunk. (I have not tested that.)
