There's hundreds of customers on the ioniq forum complaining that the remote start doesn't work. There is a precondition check list that must be satisfied and even though all conditions are met, the system fails stating one of the conditions is not satisfactory. This occurs on the website as well as multiple versions of the BlueLink app, so it's not an app issue. Everything looks good and Blue Link support is dragging its feet on a solution. Been 6 weeks now and it's still under investigation. Others have been waiting a lot longer than me. Seems like a class action issue.
