After my 3 free years of Bluelink I decided to let it expire since it costs $300 per year to renew all services. However, after it expired, my GPS Navigation is virtually useless! I cannot enter any new addresses even though my map is up to date. Now, you must choose a category like "restaurants" and pick one from the list. You cannot type in the address of that restaurant or an individual's address. Not only does this make it useless, but it also decreases the value of the car upon resale. I have had many cars with Navigation and never have I ever seen a device become disabled after time. I called Bluelink and they said that maybe my dealer can do something but it's doubtful. And, if you want to purchase the Navigation update (called Guidance) for $99 per year, you also have to subscribe to Connected Care for an additional $99 which I don't need at all. Very frustrating!!! If anyone has a Hyundai Kona and your navigation is still working after Bluelink has expired, please let me know so I can pass this information on to the dealership. Thanks.
