The rear plastic sill is cracked, we did not drop anything heavy on it and the car sits 90% of the time. I believe that this should be covered under warranty. Your “customer (non)service person” just pointed out what is in the warranty page. Was not willing to help at all, this is not customer service. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she would not do that. After a terse exchange she cut the call off.
