Palisade Calligraphy 3.8L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 13,256 miles

We were driving to see a doctor and while we were turning in to the parking lot and while I was pressing on the brakes the brakes rattle and felt like it about to fall off or there is something really wrong with it. Also another day my wife was driving to interview and she was braking and she freaked out because the car wasn't slowing down she said " the brakes were slipping" she had to step really hard on the brake pedal to stop the car. The are some problems with the brakes and it needs to be addressed.

Palisade Calligraphy

  • Automatic transmission
  • 3,600 miles

Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy experienced brake failure while waiting in a long line of traffic. It was stop and go traffic because of a quick changing light. I stepped on the gas to go forward slightly and when I tried to brake the brakes failed, hitting the vehicle in front of me. No damage to the vehicle I hit, but did have damage to my Palisade. Contacted Hyundai, and because there was no police report, they would not send anyone out to look at the car. Was told to take it to dealership to have it checked. There are recalls on certain 2023 Palisades, but was told by the dealership that my Palisade in not part of the recall. After dealership inspection, they claimed no problems with my palisade.
