I am very upset and can't believe that any type of brake failure is acceptable by Hyundai standards. They will not even look at the research that I've found showing others with the exact situation. Hyundai will not admit there is a problem and I'm expected to drive this vehicle just waiting for the next failure. They also have stated that they are not responsible for any damages, any injuries, or deaths that may occur if I have a brake failure even though I've told them it happens. Like I would make this up. I thought safety came first to them. I'm learning a very hard lesson that it is not their priority and my life is expendable as far as their concerned..

This has been an ongoing problem - changed pads, rotors, master cylinder and power booster and problem persists. Not leaking brake fluid. Brakes initially failed again today but pumped up after the third hit on the brake pedal. Changing pads and rotors again Friday but if problem persists will likely have legal issues with manufacturer and dealer. Very dangerous - can't believe I am only the second person reporting this problem.
