I was making a right turn, doing the speed limit (less than 40 MPH). I heard a large "boom or bang" and then my steering wheel locked. I could not turn the car. When I tried to brake, I continued to skid. I kept pumping the brake, but the car did not stop. I crashed head on into a phone pole. Bumper came up, and the whole front car was crushed in. However, in spite the impact, my air bags did not deploy, and it should have.
