I was making a right turn, doing the speed limit (less than 40 MPH). I heard a large "boom or bang" and then my steering wheel locked. I felt the right side of the car go down or become "un-leveled" with the rest of the car. I could not turn the car. When I tried to brake, I continued to skid. I crashed head on into a phone pole. Bumper came off, and the whole front car was crushed in. Also, in spite the impact, my air bags did not deploy, and it should have.
