- Hyundai taking 2 months to make the AM radio work (Open antenna wire near windshield) when new.
2. Almost afraid to take in for the broken seat panel but need to as it's almost impossible to adjust the seat.
3. The plastic chrome below the hood is wearing off due to rain water running over it.
4. Not even 20,000 miles on it yet (02-02-2022) and I had to replace all 4 tires last fall at 19,500 miles.
5. One can see the orange peel in the factory paint job... terrible compared to the paint on my Prius.
6. Engine is OK so far but if it blows the car is going straight to the crusher.

Reluctant to take to dealer as it took them a month to make the AM radio work when it was brand new. How could this radio problem escape factory inspection and two (2) dealers? Because of 2 factory recalls (Not performed) and this seat panel dangling around (design problem), and the engine probability of blowing or catching fire, I'm thinking of trading this junk for a more reliable car.
To really make matters worse the plastic chrome in front of the hood is scarred from water running off the hood when it rains. Even their plastic is "cheap" plastic. A 42K piece of crap not even worth 10K today as it was bought in March of 2015. It is now March of 2021.

This plastic seat panel on drivers seat seems to be the same problem reported on Sonatas as well. It was irritating in that driver had to stop the car & search for the correct button to operate seat as the panel. It would drop down to an awkward position making adjustments impossible.
