Santa Fe XL 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 3 miles

For the most part of this Santa Fe XL is good but the very bad thing about it is the suspension. When you hit a bump in the road it seems as if something is going to come right through the floor. I brought the SUV in 3 times and the Hyundai dealer says there is nothing wrong with nor can the do anything about the problem unless there is a recall so we have to live with the problem. That's some TERRIBLE SERVICE and FOR THAT RESON I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY ANOTHER HYUNDAI AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS. We tell everyone not to buy one. On one occasion we had company in the rear seats and one of them said he got a whiplash from the bump so what does that tell you about the SUV? This is probably why they discontinued this model...

For those looking to buy Hyundai, be aware of poor service and poor workmanship on the Santa Fe xl model.
