For the past 3 years I have taken my Hyundai Santa Fe to the dealership for issues with my interactive cruise control. When I have the cruise control engaged in perfect weather the cruise control will stop working. It will malfunction for a few minutes and then I can turn it back on and it will work then it will stop working again. It can be 5 minutes or it could work for hours. Sometimes it will disengage while the interactive cruise is slowing the vehicle down as the vehicle in front of me slows down.

The service tech takes a 5 minute drive and can’t duplicate it. It doesn’t emit an error code when being analyzed.

I have the same issue with the automatic braking system becomes disabled in dry conditions and then turns back on after 5 minutes or so.

I’ve contacted Hyundai USA customer relations twice and after assuring they have the correct contact information have not been contacted about the 3 issues that I am having.

I believe I have a lemon as the dealership has not been able to identify the issue, nor do they have a solution in their database that I am aware of. I believe, just me thoughts, that the 3 issues are electrical. My ac unit stops working intermittently, my interactive cruise stops working intermittently, my auto braking system becomes disabled intermittently and the dealership has not been able to duplicate any of the issues nor does the vehicle provide any error codes at the dealership.
