cloth front seat backs fraying

Bought the new Santa Fe in Sept 2020. Noticed the fraying in Feb 2020 and had it repaired under warranty by a Hyundai dealer in March. In July 2020 it is happening again and was told to report it to Hyundai customer affairs, which I did. I have a claim number and waiting to see what they will do. I don't want their cloth seat backs again as they are clearly defective. I have a quote of $1200 to have leather installed throughout.
