not being able to stop when ABS lights come on

I got my car brand new 2023 in March. In July the ABS lights started coming on and I couldn't brake. I took it to the dealership and they couldn't figure out the problem due to it coming on sporadically. The last month it has gotten really bad. I almost crashed with my kids and husband in the car if it wasn't for a car being to my left I would rear-ended someone. It scared me so bad just because my children were in the car. This car hasn't been safe and this needs to be recalled! It dangerous and if it doesn't kill someone it will sure cause a horrible accident. The breaks lock up as soon as all the ABS system lights come on and you know longer have breaks.
