: the contact stated intermittently, the vehicle would not shift out of first gear. The vehicle had to be turned off and the clutch pumped for the vehicle to shift. The vehicle was taken to an independent repair shop where the clutch assembly was replaced. The problem persisted and the repair shop suggested the transmission be inspected by the dealership.
