I HAD TO REPLACE THE PASSENGER SIDE SUNVISOR ONCE AT MY OWN EXPENSE AND THE DRIVER SIDE SUNVISOR TWICE. ONCE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND ONCE AT MY OWN EXPENSE.

It is clear the supplier of sunvisors manufactured substandard parts. Both sunvisors failed within months of each other. Dealer wouldn't cover them under warranty. Things like this seemingly minor defects are what separates good OEMs from Mickey Mouse manufacturers. For reference, my 2000 Sienna does not have issues like this.

Cheaply made part that would not stay in the up position and obstructed normal vision. Had to replace.
