Sonata GLS 2.4L I4

Fuel burps out of the filler neck and down the side of the car after the pump has shut off. It doesn't do it every time but it has done it at different pumps and different gas stations so I know it's not the pump. It really stinks when you have gas splash out of the car and onto your shoes. Wish I knew what was causing this!
