Four year old child gets into front passenger seat to get a piece of gum. The car has been parked for 30 minutes, keys still in father's pocket. The child pulls himself up to the console by grabbing the gear shift. The car comes out of gear and rolls down driveway. (17 month old baby in rear car seat). Father jumps between parked van and his car to try to stop car. It pins him between the two vehicles. Grandmother in wheelchair witnesses incident from the garage and in horror, jumps out of wheelchair and falls, breaks her hip, and is taken to the hospital by ambulance to have a total hip replacement the next morning. Hyundai could not duplicate the problem, claims there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and the owner's manual states to set the emergency brake. If it happened ONCE, it could happen AGAIN!
