I have owned this car from brand new and this is now the 3rd time my driver seat padding has shifted and the screw behind the padding has worn a hole into my seat. I contacted both the dealership and Hyundai directly and they both told me too bad so sad, you can pay for it now. I told them this is obviously a chronic problem and I shouldn't have to replace my seat every 2 years. Hyundai stopped communicating with me and told me it was my problem. I told them I have been a loyal Hyundai customer and this is my 3rd Hyundai and this has never happened to me before and that this is a problem with the padding. They told me not to buy Hyundai then.
