difficulty when fueling up, nozzle shuts off repeatedly

Once replaced the car allowed for easy feeling again and the check engine light went out. My local Hyundai dealer had the part on the shelf, so its a possibility that a lot of people are needing this part.

when i try to put gas in the tank, the pump clicks off like the tank's full, but its not. sometimes the gas will spit back out onto the ground or my shoes if i'm standing too close. I have had this car for a number of years, it first happened right after the warranty went out. I had it fixed at midas, cost me 365.00. it performed normally for a year, then it happened again. took it back to midas & they fixed it for free this time but told me it will keep happening until the car maker comes up with a solution. its either a bad part or a bad design. now its happened again while my daughter has the car up north at school. she said she does not drive until she has to, because it takes too long to fill up the gas tank.
