Inattentive woman ran a red, crushing my auto from the side and pushing me into another vehicle, crushing the rear of my car. I am, 5 weeks later, still under medical care for torn ligament in my shoulder. I did have a concussion but have healed from that and the bruises. Hyundai asked questions but now refuses to communicate or show concern for pain and missed work. Has anyone else experienced an airbag that does not deploy in a serious accident?
