The contact rented a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. The contact stated that the front windshield tint blocked 15% of the upper half of the window. While driving at night, the tint would obstruct 50% of the contacts view of the road. His view was extremely opaque due to the headlights on passing vehicles. The contact had to drive with his face extremely close to the windshield in order to see. Neither the manufacturer or dealer had been contacted regarding the failure. The failure and current mileages were unknown.
