Sonata SE 2.0L

I first noticed something was up when I was in my trunk and the light went off. I didn't think much of it until I got in pushed my start button and nothing happened. I was like what the #$%* is going on, then I decided I would try putting my key fob in the slot and what do you know it started right up. On my way into town I stopped to get gas, stilling using fob it started right up as I pulled out of the gas station it sputtered a little and died. I had to push it into a parking spot, which really sucked because I was by myself. It just happened to be in front of O'Reilly's auto parts store, guy came out put a reader on it said alternator needs replaced. Tried getting it started with jump box, didn't work. Was able to get it started about 6 hours later drove about 2 miles died again, had it towed . Replaced alternator, still wouldn't start. Actually wouldn't do anything, nothing worked. Put new battery in it , horn wouldn't stop going off I replaced fuse on positive battery terminal, 30amp fuse in box under dash, twice room loop fuse, multi fuse block under hood, then I notice Immobilizer light on the dash is on , and car still won't start. I am a female that has no help, no one who knows anything about it. I have done everything myself, Can't afford to take to shop, still making payments on the car, and loosing work because I have no transportation. This has been a total nightmare.
